We are striving to make it easy for you to make your giving to the church very easy. We now offer online giving. Please click on the link and you will be able to do this online.
We value living a generous life here at Wellspring. Generosity comes in all forms. Being generous with our abilities, our talents and our finances. We want to celebrate that value in the lives our people by telling their stories.
If you have a generosity story please share it with us so we can celebrate! We also take up an offering during our service. If you choose to give during this time, that's great. Either way take the time to reflect on your own generosity and how God is using you to change our community!
Here are some of our generosity stories:
When Joel and I had been married for about 2 years and had a newborn, he went back to school. He was in seminary and working a part-time, minimum wage job, while I stayed home with our baby, Drake. Not only did we struggle to get our bills paid, but we also had the added expense of many hospital bills for Drake. He had multiple eye surgeries from 2 months old to 6 months old. From the time we got married, we had always tithed, but often it was giving the Lord our leftovers at the end of a stressful month. Sometimes it was doubling up the next month to make up for what we hadn't given previouly. We finally said ENOUGH! We decided during that incredibly financially tough time to start giving at the BEGINNING of the month when Joel got paid no matter what. So that's what we did. Not long after, we had a power bill that was due and we literally only had $7 in our checking accout and no savings. I prayed about it and that day, a check from a family member came in the mail. It was just enough to pay that bill. Wow! We've now been married 23 years and we've kept that commitment. We've had MANY rough patches along the way financially, but the Lord has always provided for us and met our needs, usually in ways we never expected. He's full of surprises, we just have to trust Him!!!
The Giving Kiosk is now running at the church for your convenience.
